In addition, HubSpot rolls out new features every day. You just have to keep up with it all in addition to your current work. After a few years, you're left with an untenable CRM and the process is vague and ambiguous. 

Then it's nice to ask an expert for best practices! During this workshop at our Haarlem office, while you enjoy a cappuccino, we will cover how to effectively deal with lifecycle stages, setting up a buyer journey in HubSpot, organizing a clear pipeline and ensuring data quality using workflows.

  • Block 1: Changes in lead generation

    We discuss what a customer journey looks like and reflect on how the current way of bringing in quality leads has changed and how you as a commercial team can capitalise on it.

  • Block 2: Collaboration between commercial teams

    We reflect on why it's so important for your marketing and sales teams to start working together in HubSpot. Marketing edits leads and sales provides feedback on the quality of leads. This is how you continuously work toward better collaboration between your sales teams.

  • Block 3: How to do a portal audit

    Here we discuss how to set up and leverage lifecycle stages, how to efficiently handle duplicates, and how to optimally structure your pipeline.

  • Coffee break!

    We have a break to enjoy a nice cup of coffee and a small snack.

  • Block 4: Plotting the customer journey

    In this block, everyone gets to work on their own. We will shape the customer journey based on our blueprint. After the training, you can then set this up yourself in your portal.

    Tip: Useful if you now notice that your hubSpot environment lacks structure.

  • Block 5: Monitor data quality with workflows and reports

    In this block, we'll tell you the secrets of data management workflows and how to quickly detect errors in your data through reports. That way, you can be sure you are looking at the right data and can make informed decisions.

  • Block 6: Quick wins

    We'll close with some quick wins for in your HubSpot portal. For example, we'll look at how to protect your pipeline from incomplete data and how to work with smart calculation properties. In this way, you can quickly see improvements in your portal with small adjustments.
