The job to be done

Appical needed a complete restructuring of their HubSpot CRM. With different commercial leads over the years, each maintaining their own strategy, the setup had become fragmented. Every change in leadership brought a new way of working.

Over time, this led to an unstructured process that didn't align with HubSpot’s potential. As a result, Appical struggled to take the next step in scaling their sales and marketing efforts. We stepped in to help Appical map out their commercial process and build a future-proof CRM that supports their ambitious growth plans.

We kicked off with several blueprint workshops to map out the commercial process in detail. Based on these insights, we implemented a complete redesign of the HubSpot portal. Through weekly meetings and check-ins, we made iterative improvements in close collaboration with the Appical team.
