We startten met meerdere blueprint workshops om het commerciële proces gedetailleerd in kaart te brengen. Op basis van de uitkomsten hebben we een volledig herontwerp van de HubSpot-portal doorgevoerd. Tijdens wekelijkse meetings en check-ins hebben we iteratief verbeteringen doorgevoerd, steeds in nauw overleg met het team van Appical.

Appical had een volledige herstructurering van hun HubSpot CRM nodig. Er waren verschillende mensen commercieel verantwoordelijk en hielden er hun eigen strategie op na. Bij iedere wisseling van de wacht, werd er op een andere manier gewerkt.
