The approach

We began with a data cleansing process so that all customer data was cleaned up and centrally available in HubSpot. As a result, Studio Piet Boon can now easily create customer profiles and make strategic choices based on reliable data.

With automatic dashboards, reporting became a lot more efficient. Instead of separate lists and manual updates, HubSpot now provides real-time visibility into contacts, deals and real estate projects.

We also implemented a meeting scheduler to streamline scheduling appointments at the Flagship Stores and marketing automation to automatically send relevant content to the right audience. This saves time and ensures consistent communication.
