Maatwerk customer journey
\nVia een op maatwerk ontworpen customer journey design, creëerde we overzicht en structuur. Ieder touchpoint, tot op de e-mail toe, was in de journey verwerkt. Samen met Expatfile namen we de prestaties van bestaande marketingacties onder de loep en identificeerde we kansen voor verbetering. Van flows voor niet-actieve contacten tot geautomatiseerde retargeting.
\nDe focus lag op marketingacties die minder goed presteerde, maar wel een belangrijke rol hadden in de journey én op korte termijn conversie konden verhogen. Bijvoorbeeld de drop-off e-mails dichter bij de betaling of juist de timing van de welkomstmail om subscribers te behouden. Het draaien van A/B-tests in e-mails zorgde voor datagedreven verbetering.

Expatfile is een ambitieuze scale-up in de markt van internationale belastingaangifte software. Amerikaanse expats over de hele wereld gebruiken de software om hun jaarlijkse belastingaangifte in slechts 10 minuten te kunnen doen. De doelen voor 2023 waren flink: in één jaar moet de omzet over de kop en het liefst nog sneller. Maar voordat je gaat rennen naar je doel, moet je een structuur vastleggen. Zo maak je je processen schaalbaar en meetbaar.

Expatfile werkte al met Hubspot als CRM. Ze waren al goed op weg, maar misten nog finesse en haalden niet alles uit hun HubSpot applicatie.
Hier liepen ze tegenaan:
- Veel handmatig werk om data inzichtelijk te maken
- Weinig schaalbaarheid en meetbaarheid van interne processen
- Weinig structuur binnen geautomatiseerde e-mail flows
- Weinig grip op het optimaliseren van de Customer Journey
- Veel ambitie, maar waar te beginnen?

Maatwerk customer journey
Via een op maatwerk ontworpen customer journey design, creëerde we overzicht en structuur. Ieder touchpoint, tot op de e-mail toe, was in de journey verwerkt. Samen met Expatfile namen we de prestaties van bestaande marketingacties onder de loep en identificeerde we kansen voor verbetering. Van flows voor niet-actieve contacten tot geautomatiseerde retargeting.
De focus lag op marketingacties die minder goed presteerde, maar wel een belangrijke rol hadden in de journey én op korte termijn conversie konden verhogen. Bijvoorbeeld de drop-off e-mails dichter bij de betaling of juist de timing van de welkomstmail om subscribers te behouden. Het draaien van A/B-tests in e-mails zorgde voor datagedreven verbetering.
