Hubspot integrations

a single source of truth

HubSpot is at the heart of your commercial process, but it rarely works in isolation. Most organisations run on a complex, fragmented tech stack: an ERP, a finance system, a marketing platform, a data warehouse.

Without the right integrations, that complexity creates duplicate work, unreliable data and manual tasks that pull your team away from what actually matters. We connect HubSpot to the systems you rely on, so your entire operation runs from one central source of truth.

01

Integrations

We connect HubSpot to virtually any system in your organisation.

Common native integrations include Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Outlook, Gmail, Google Workspace, Slack, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, Calendly, Stripe, Shopify and WordPress.

On the custom side, we regularly work with AFAS, Exact, SAP, Microsoft Business Central, PowerBI, Tableau, Snowflake and a wide range of industry-specific ERPs and CRM systems.

For every integration, we start by assessing whether a native connection covers what you need. Custom development only comes into play when it genuinely adds value. The goal is always a reliable, maintainable data flow, not unnecessary complexity.

02

Custom integrations

No in-house development expertise? That is not a problem. We handle the full process from native to fully custom, including design, build, testing and ongoing maintenance. Whether it is a standard connection via the HubSpot App Marketplace or a bespoke integration with your ERP, we take care of it end to end.

Outsourcing your HubSpot integrations means no dependency on internal developers, no delays and no loss of momentum during your implementation. We build with APIs, webhooks and middleware platforms to create scalable connections that grow with your business.

03

Data sync

Dirty data, duplicate records and mismatches between systems are a quiet drain on commercial performance. Sales chases the wrong contact, marketing sends emails to outdated addresses, and service goes into every conversation without the context they need.

Data sync via Operations Hub or custom flows puts an end to that. We ensure consistent, reliable data across all your systems, with automatic cleansing and real-time updates, no manual intervention required.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Which systems can be connected to HubSpot?

Almost anything. Native integrations cover MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Outlook, Gmail, Slack, LinkedIn and hundreds of other tools. For custom ERPs, industry-specific platforms such as EPD, PMS or PIM systems, and anything without an existing integration, we build the connection from scratch.

  • When do you choose a native integration and when do you go custom?

Native works when the standard functionality covers your needs. You go custom when you need specific field mapping, bidirectional sync or business logic that the out-of-the-box integration simply cannot handle.

  • What does a HubSpot integration cost on average?

A native integration is largely a matter of configuration time. A custom connection typically starts around €5,000, though the final cost depends on complexity, the number of fields involved and whether bidirectional sync is required.

  • What is the difference between Operations Hub and standalone integrations?

Operations Hub offers programmable automation, data sync between apps and data quality tools within HubSpot itself. Standalone integrations are often point-to-point. For scalable data flows, Operations Hub is usually the smarter choice.

  • Do you have experience with our industry-specific software?

Most likely. We have connected systems across professional services, manufacturing, SaaS, healthcare, recruitment and multi-brand organisations. Ask specifically about your system, chances are we have done it before.

  • How long does it take to build a custom HubSpot connection?

A straightforward integration is up and running in two to four weeks. More complex bidirectional connections with multiple objects and business logic take six to twelve weeks, including testing and go-live.

  • Can you take over and maintain existing integrations?

Yes. We take over existing custom connections for management, maintenance and further development. We start with an audit on stability and documentation, then propose a support agreement.

  • What if our ERP or source system has no API?

We look at alternative methods: file-based imports, database connections, or middleware such as N8N, Make or Zapier for lighter use cases. There is almost always a workable route.

  • What is the difference between data sync and data migration?

Migration is a one-time transfer. Data sync is an ongoing, bidirectional synchronisation between systems. Changes in one system are automatically reflected in the other.

  • How do we prevent duplicate records during data sync?

Through deduplication rules based on unique identifiers such as email address, external ID or phone number. Operations Hub and custom flows recognise matches and automatically merge or update records.
